All purchases made through Zara PhotoGear are processed with Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online or card payments are accepted. Please ensure you have the correct payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

2. Product Availability:
All products listed are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain up-to-date inventory, we reserve the right to cancel orders in case of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues. You will be notified promptly in such cases.

3. Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This does not signify acceptance of the order; it is simply acknowledgment that we have received it. The order is considered accepted once the item is dispatched.

4. Delivery:
Orders are delivered within the estimated time frame communicated at checkout. Delays due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen issues may occur, and we appreciate your patience. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses due to delayed delivery.

5. Cancellations:

6. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with images and order details. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all included accessories.
