1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Timeframe for Returns:
To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).

  • Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Pickup and Inspection:
Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item meets the return criteria, the refund process will begin.

5. Refund Method and Timeframe:
Refunds are processed via cash refund upon pickup or through bank transfer, depending on your preference and location. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original packaging

  • Products requested for return after the 3-day period

  • Custom or special-order items

7. Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
